hi! can u share how u connecte the phone? which chips did u select and which bootloader u selected? as i am trying with MTK and all possible boots but fails to connect with error!
and anybody with french language file backup?

no need pin findinn conect usb cable select comport in phone install driver
Open 2.13 conect box untick pinfinding select phone port click imei,tick mark at mode, do job
