V65 spreadtrum how to resset..? urgent pls. - GSM-Forum

i have V65 spreadtrum... i try to resset connected the phone
but always show EXPERT MODE HOW TO USE THIS EXPERT ...?
I TRY TO closed show YES to contenue... but error..
problem phone not resset...!

help me and explain how to fixed this error im confuse SPREADTRUM chip. GPG DRAGON BOX.

i think that is nand flashchip... select nand and try again........

yes i try to folllow this method but where is the installer ver 1.12 many times i'll post this problem but no responds gpg team,, installer ver 1.12
old method... now new update how fixed this error...?
