As you know your device is dead by other tool, not by GPG Dragon.

So, first step you have to search flash file of the device. Now, Connect device from USB Method like:

Jig + vcc and gnd

Choose "USB" (not COM)

Post screen sort of device connecting windows (not log). If you can't post screen short, then send to the supporter from sonork, email, yahoo, hotmail, gprs or any media....we are unable to answer if you do not follow section rule.

i search but i not find in google or forum i see file for i650 but that is 1 sim phone ,i have 2 sim phone i will upload pic via yahoo

Many time told you do with Jig but you try USB. All USB operation won't be success. USE Dragon Dongle with your Other Dead Box. I think, I don't need to tell you time to time
