check the flash chip inside the phone , for infinon chips have a spacial note on stikcy thread how to work on this chip

1sr format with dragon....
now open infinity box

select zte model any like 225fm...
now sp unlock it...
try with rebuild imei also....

(dont forget to take full backup first)
