Hi,

Dragon team what do you took mean of UPDATE????????????

I have a MTK mobile and connected it with new update 3.16A and i got error of return data

I have ticketed the option of scan pin out then get this error

Then i have done all of these thing which you have described here

Nothing changed same error

Then i connect that mobile on 2.13

It connects the mobile and took the info

Then i format this mobile and it's work charm....

So.........

Can you explain it that why new update is not connecting the some of old mobiles??????????

What you are up to now??????

Going to give new update like

3.17B
3.18C

What is this??????

New updates are connecting some of new mobiles but not perfect with old....

change the port setting and Use USB mode and try once again keep the power button pressed for some times

Bro, I think new update is 3.26A, not 3.16 (HEHE) . Check the sticky thread.
