every box have full suport of flash files like z3x.setool.ub etc......

but in chinese box unable to find each mobile flash files

30% we request on forum for file or read file from ok phone.

plz upgrade your server to big.biger.biggest...........

Hehehe True , We Can and we do many times you can check Support area too
but without User help its not possible 100%
and 99% User not help to team
We doing our best to find and get new models for reading flash files
but the chinese companies working non stop
all countries have there own brand
hard for any team to get these phones
again Need User help to Read flash and send to Team but sorry to say still no one can ready to do like this
when dragon box start working on gsm market ,then some HAppy USer doing hard work with team but time by time they say buy buy to Team
i have a lot of more words for you But the problem is that i have no more Free time for typing Hope you understand Well what is the main point
