zte g r 250 showing invalid sim

i recive ZTE model G R 250 IN blinking fault after formating set is invialid sim .. i rebuild many of imei but its faild . so plz add RESTORE FACTORY SITTING coming up next Screenshot by Lightshotnow plz what i do to solve this problem ..

bro restore imei with old version 2.13 your problem will solved

bro i formate it with new setup 3.52c in usb mode i know if i read nv then i solve it but HOW I read nv file with 2.13 ver without rx tx .remember i flashed it with usb mode ? plz
