When i generate a code for
Alcatel 708 and input the codes they dont work

when i look @ the label it say 708X should the generated codes work ?

yes should work ot708x or ot708a are same so in short it is ot708.

pm me your user name i ll check your logs, try to reset (format) the phone and re enter codes.

Reset = Volume up and power on same time.
