[FAQ] What shall i do if code i bought is not accepted or wrong !!!!

Q. Will i get wrong code?

A. we will refund where possible all unreasonable times, where we see feasible.

Q. Will i get refund?

A. Only for codes entered with a proof of non working code with a video.

Q. Will you recheck Codes sent before issue of refund?

A. Yes, we first recheck our database for mixed up codes just in case this .01% chance it happened.

Q. Will i get refund in case of a late code?

A. No, only if code does not come back then we ll give refund.

Things you must do whilst you making a video:

• A link with the video proof (youtube, or other of you choice),
• You must type *#06# on the phone then wait 5-10 seconds until we can clearly see and read the IMEI of the phone displayed.
• The operator logo the phone is locked to should be visible.
• Insert in the same phone, a SIM card which is not currently accepted by the phone.
• Wait 5 seconds until we can see and read the message displayed by the phone.
• Enter the code received by our server, SLOWLY, and the keys being pressed must be clearly seen in the video as the code is entered into the phone.
• If you get an error message, wait 5 seconds so we can clearly see this message.

Without these no refund will be issued.
