Frustrating Problem with Box

I can´t run my LGE Tool software, every time I try to it says: Smart card is not found. This...etc, etc, etc. Send pictures of this and of the Device Manager. What should I do?? I´m running W7 64 bits. Forgot to mention that box was working fine time ago, but I was a couple of months without use it and now that I want to I found this. This is driving me crazy.....
