|  plz help me with my fusion box good day to all and to product manager here smartgsm i want to ask sir why sgtool cannot open in my pc is there sg tool support fusion box ? my OS windows xp3 and i tyr defferent version of lgtool why cant open i see in the task manager running always in can't open sgtool software after a few minutes sgtool not responding in the task manager what would i do sir help me ... |

| boss jhoper try to run on other pc if its working, sometimes you have to clean usb driver or its conflict to other driver |

| do this remove antivirus from pc then install lgetool it will include sgtool software then after installing try to run sgtool software & post result BR,, GsmSolution. |
