Yes thats the main feature of Alcatel MTK Dongle
Direct unlock is supported for the phones which do not allow to enter codes via keypad.

my question is, will have some tutoring because I buy that OOL and I could really use it since I can not download flash bracket and I connected my question is equipment you could send me a tutorial on how to work with this POWERFUL OOL thanks hope his reply my email is tititoscelulares@hotmail.com

You can download firmwares from the support website.
Tool is easy to use , can you tell me what difficulties you have on it.
