Dongle Activation - GSM-Forum

I have bought this dongle from the ebay store of gsm server i have tried to contact them and they send me a link of a program ID_1_2SC.exe to check the serial of the dongle

and send them the snapshot of the serial , well this program doesnt work on windows 7 and on win xp gives me an error invalid protection card

.

i have sent numerous emails but 0 replies how i am going to activate this dongle?

Which dongle and card are you talking about?
If its alcatel mtk dongle , then just send me the serial over pm or email to verify.
