How activate MTK Dongle? - GSM-Forum

I've received today the Dongle, but I can't use because I've got to activate it ("You need a MTK license file to activate your dongle for this product ")........so, how can I do to activate it? MAny thank's for help me!

You should contact your reseller to get the lic file or you can also contact me by PM with your reseller details so i can assist you.

Hello Mr. Viru, the licese has had sent by the reseller, but I still have got some dubts : Do I need any credits or is free use? I couldn't use it yet! I triyed to unlock V670 and flashing C701 but I couldn't connect!
Can you explain me about connections?
I've got only the mini usb cable, I don't know if is another cable or interface necessary.

No credits required. You can use any ftdi universal interface as well.

Ok Mr. Viru, the software say "Use RJ45 Alcatel MTK cable", I don't have any RJ45 cable for Alcatel and I don't have any interface to use. I was finding out about FTDI interface as you say and I think that is the one like it provide Seetool Box. Is there any internet place where we can get the diagram of these cables (RJ45 and FTDI Universal Interface) otherwise I will not can use the dongle. Many thank's for your help.

you need ftdi like infinity ,fgbox ,uni box,to operate soft ...........

Well, the problem is that I haven't those box and of course I don't know how to use it, so, I did not use any FTDI interfase. Thank's for information.
I think that we need better information about MTK DOngle use, I bougth the dongle and now I know I can't use it because I haven't the cables....where is this information in resellers pages? Or in the MTK Dongle webpage? I think that MTK need to care better the customers bringing better information about its products.
I'm sorry but is what I feel now when I know I can't use the product.

I'm sorry but is what I feel now when I know I can't use the product.

I since January 28 I trying to get the records of the four backpacks,
and send my mail provider, but I respond,
the dealer did not send records
mp send you with serial dongle
it please help soon as possible,!!!!
