I have seen some telcel phones (OT-222) physically "blocked" the
unlocking pcb service connecting pads with epoxy resin,
so my question is:

Can I flash/unlock phone using only USB phone port ?

He visto algunos telefonos de Telcel (OT-222) que le ponen
resina en las pistas donde se conecta el cable de servicio
bloqueando fisicamente la conexion.

Se puede flashear/liberar usando solo la interface USB del telefono ?

All mtk phones has 2 ways for connect
1- over pads under battery
2- over usb connector and proper cable

So yes you can flash/unlock phone using usb port.
