avator box come to new problem ( Do not open Old thread )


i all ready box register and authorised 3 days ago.but today connect my box then show this error message,your box is not authorised. i re try but showing all ready registered.so please fix this problem to product. my box sn number is 10028379 supporter

I think u have changed pc or reinstalled os .
In this case you must have to re register ur box online .
You have got act code ,fill all informations and authorize ur box again.Now no need to send mail to support ,becoz you have already got ur activation code .

Why you trying Again to Registered , if you already did 3days ago , if you get this , just authorised your box

just press Box Authorized / Enter password / press ok /

thanks sir my problem is solved,but i don't know.which password is work i try 4 times other password then restart software and connect after my problem is solved.can i change pasword sir,which password is perfect i don't know.

its very simpley
just press Box Authorized
Enter PassWord.
OK

but most important your remember your password.
when u register your box there put password
this pass remember or note in text file and save your pc for next time hlep you

bz if your os damge or install new or change pc you must need password.


hope all my brother understand.

sir i got my activation code after 2 month wait, but after all when i m using that code that massage box showing " WRONG CODE" "CONTACT TO SUPPORT" ............. SIR PLZ GIVE ME SOLUTION FOR MY BOX, HOW LONGER I M WAITING FOR MY CODE, I GOT , BUT AFTERALL NOT WORKING.................

Use correct Correct password , which password your used for Registration

if you dont know what password you used

Connect Earlier Version And go support tab , enter support area , use forgwt password , if this not help , kindly contact your reseller ,

Please dont spam all places with multiple post , we need more time activate many boxes and send activation codes

Also i post DOnt post anywhere serial number , but still you continue posting your box serial number , how can we help if you break the rules

i m waiting to my dearest team for response,
but if this kind of poor responce ll b back by team, than who ll buy avator box?
coz every member need fast support by product team,
its realy tooooooooooooooooooooo much...... but what can we do afterall?
plz reply to users and help to users for avator, like avator team gave ever before quick support in short time.
