i already select the proper com port base on the control panel profilic usb to serial. in my case com10. like i said before i don't have problem with the old version. that mean my com port is correct. the problem is when i'm trying to upgrade the box firmware.. it says Conjunction box error!!!

Hello Dear

The problem seems to be so simply solve..

You Need to reinstall your box driver and try to click on scan port in firmware update exe.

after it will select your right comport and then you click update your problem will be solve..

Note: When you try to scan your comports you need to be sure your box will be alone connected with your pc.

still the same.. i try to uninstall the driver, download the setup file again from http://avatorbox.com/Avator_5.012.rar
install the setup, install the driver, unplug other box, and run the flasher.exe.

scan the port, then upgrade box.... but.. the problem wont go away..

i try to install on my laptop with windows 7 and the problem still the same..

Please also dont afraid that virus in this software because many exe some anti virus detact as virus.

yes same problem

solve :

1-Avator 5.0.3 install
2-Avator_Ver_5.012 install
3-open Avator 5.0.3 install folder and Avator_Ver_5.012 install folder copy and paste Avator 5.0.3 install folder replace ok

today tested 100/100 ok

do u know what firmware version of your current avatorbox?

this firmware upgrade similar to uct,gpgdragon,probably you need to upgrade to 1.50 then u'll able to upgrade to 1.51? cmiiw
