About the AC and DC AC: Like Mobile 32.768 Khz and 13M 26M DC:Like Mobile Bettery Measurement, we need before commissioning  Example:we test BOX LED Working voltage 1. Connect the Black to PCB GND  2. Give PCB power,we need it working 3.
