when i connect the avator box
in device manager
prolific usb- to- serial comm port
driver ok
but in device manager
microsoft serial ball point ? (yellow)
driver miss
avator show

Checking box, wait...
Device not found
what is the problem

check or change cable and try again on another port of computer .
