avator team pls help


team i need your help i want to update my avator box but iforgot the date of purchase. is it neccesary to put- the date of purchase and the resseller before i can send via e mail i have the serial no. i bought this box here in the phillippines for almost 3 years at gsmph , i try to update via online but i didnt received activation. can you give me some idea pls pls pls pls great team
