avator team pls help me about pinfinder

hi avator team finally i can active my infinite best dongle and purchase activation code from infinity online service i do register my box and everything is ok but my problem is about pinfinder i can connect phone via usb but when i try to connect phone via box cable pin finder can not find and detect phone today i try to detect an spd 6531 base phone via box comport but no sucsses and it says sense failed and in same condition and same computer volcano and miracle detect phone so easy and as u know threr many spd phones in market still need connect via box com port and also i check my cable via dragonbox and cable is ok pls help me i bought this tool only for spd 65xx phones help me to solve this problem

6531 support only usb so use usb boot cable for fast connect,
box com and usb not detect now

Spd 6531 or others are also fully exclusively supported on avatorbox by pinfinder .If you want to do any job disassemble phone and sold two wires on board rx/tx points by avator universal jig , sure pinfinder will work ok .

sirs an masters thanks a lot but my point is why avator box can not detect phone but volcano and miracle box detect in comport so easy its mean avator pinfinder is weak or my box is damaged ?i update my frimware to 1.58 but same this is a nightmare for me

May be there is spd drivers issue in your computer or check main pinfinder
cable , but keep remember one more thing for new upcoming spd phones
cant be detected by pinfinder if you will try to find pinouts from its usb except
soldring wires on pcb.If usb jack is good then you can use data cable for speedy job.

there iis no driver problem beacause volcano detect phone and doing all operations butmy avator box cant detect it

1- Go to control panel /add remove / uninstall all spd drivers .
2-Download SPREADTRUM SCI-USB2Serial-version-1.5.6.1 - Download - 4shared
3- Install and restart computer .
4- Now try to connect phone with keep press boot key or
use modified usb data cable , pinfinder will also work fine for
feature phones .
