Bad result test for SPD 6820/8820 by AvatorBeta_7.126 [problem Solved/Drivers] - GSM-Forum

Phone Type: i-Cherry C112 (Brand in Indonesia)
Condition : Locked by Pattern (sorry, i forget to show picture lock pattern).

To: Avator Team

Maybe any bug on this beta version cause not supported on cpu SPD6820/8820 Android. If i try to connect always stuck on detected port com only.
I'am sure my computer and spd driver 100% worked, cause if i'am use other tool (2 tools) working perfect.
sorry i'am not to compare with other tools in here, just wanted to show that this version there is a bug and does not support.
I hope the team can fix this bug for a full update.

I am confused, I have done the uninstall / replace spd driver, restart pc but still stuck on the com port only. while other tools can connect. Is my box problem? how to fix it. whereas previously could connect. step that I do like my post here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f652.../#post10085277

Actually i seen your post . your computer detects the spd phones . than why not ... in beta we did not make any major core changes to affected the drivers .

1 . Do not use any usb hubs
2. use directly computer usb Port in cpu motherboard ... (means do not use front usb on cpu )
3. use boot cable or normal usb cable with boot keys

sure will work

And please tell us . what is the phone Problem ...

he is put the cable before any operation with battery in the phone

Before update by shorting + - cable , my AB working fine . Now many spd and mtk phones cant boot at all , i think not only me facing this kind of problem . Please check the complain in forum and help to solved our problem , thank you !

Nothing is wrong with updater ,you are doing some thing wrong .As we already said check installation settings in device manager for phones driver .Install suitable drivers ,press start button of Avator press boot key of phone , before connecting any phone to computer by usb cable .

Thank you to all who have responded to my problem. Especially for bro Momin_Telecom who tried to help with team viewer. Actually the problem is the phone is locked by pattern and has been resolved with the other tools in the same computer, and this proves the setting of the device manager and spd drivers work well. Maybe this is a factor "X" and I will try to find the problem of where. Long time before now my avator working perfect on this cpu, see my posting (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f652.../#post10085277). This is also the first phone that I use this beta test. Next time when there is a phone with the same cpu i will be test again and I will post the results. once again thank you for Avator team. continues to move on the hard work the best for our, loyally users of AvatorBox.
