c1 cannot change imei after format

even i used latest update still cannot change imei c1 6223. i forget to make back ,but phone is already power on here is the logs

use boot's lower to solved your problem

You can use AT mode from IMEI tab to change this Type of chips imei.

You can try again and post result here.(format then with AT mode)

then click AT mod 100% solved
