Is my dongle dead today not work no signs in comp only red light show in dongle until few minute light off ?

Hi

chck another usb port and see it is asking for drivers or not ? contact me directly ill chck it manually to resolve ur issue!

Remove smart card from reader and insert it again ,Also install its proper drivers .

I see warranty seal but i dont know my dongle have warranty or not i purchase this at 08-september-2014.

Dont worry about warranty ,Sn is enough.
