Procedure

This phone has no usb debugg on from factory ,Developer mode is invisible .Follow my steps and do as i say


1-Power on phone
2-Go to settings
3-About phone
4-Look at bottom there is option ( Build number)
5- Tap on build number 7to 10 times
6-You will see a new option in settings (Development )
7-Now enable usb debugg and do what you want
