I installed a new pc and i can not log in using the old password Avator box. Backup I also tried to register but it also does not solve the problem

same problem after reformat my laptop i use my old password i can log in

i hate support avator team so slow, i need this box easy to use but support

i have valcano and peranha box but i love this avator easy to use pls avator team help all user
