Question Hi its new problem plz solve this

I GOT A SET CAT NOKKIA E66 THE PROBLEM IS INVALID SIM WHEN I M REPAIRING IMEI OR TRACKING IT SHOWS

Initializing...
DA_LIB_VER_3.2.1.3
Tip: The phone must be able to power-on normally
It is sensing the pinout fast,please hold on the phone Power key
RXD=21 TXD=22
Connecting...Please hold on the POWER key until the red gauge is going...
BB:6225, HardwareVer:8A05, SoftwareVer:8A00
Secure Base Bank Chip has been detected.
Connection Failed.


PLZ SOLVE IT SUPPORTERS
