i've bought this box from someone and it's registered by his email. can i change it to mine? i know the registered email and password...

you can change only password by logging support area and change password

you cannot change email ever

okay. Last question, if one day i forget the password and i cannot access this email, is there another way to recover it?

if you forget password . you can recover password via only registered email .
