the issue here is not that i forgot my pass word. the problem is that the software keeps saying authorize box no matter i put correct pass

As you two options:
1. Restore the file "MTAUTH.DAT"It is located in the "Avator Box \ data"
2. Press the "Box manager" then "get Box Authoriset"
Then enter your password. (Server works, I just checked)
