Sorry bro , Some nand flash id are not supported for format or read write ,we are working ,hope next this issue will be resolved.You can wipe it manually or use other tool .

why avatorbox not able do a simple operation (wipe data). neither one task he was unable perform. Why I purchased this box when you are forced search for an alternative free software.

Nothing is completed in the world .You can see we have unique features in our tool but others are still unable to do so.If one phone we cant support it does not means that avator is useless.I already said we are working ,hope next version of avatorbox will be very usefull for all.
