Problem connecting coolsand cpu........avator team

it is very difficult for me i can not connect coolsand cpu through rx tx but other tool i used do it very easily.
Please help me and need procesure.
2nd thing i download new setup of avator box/dongle but i can not see any drivers in it.i recently buy avator dongle and avator box.
