If you use any debuggers , usb spy software, fleck hub, usb sharing , and any Anti usb tracking application in your computer , it will block your card ,

So you need to wait some time , we will unlock your card , before that you must uninstall all usb sniffing or usb sharing application and conform with us

to update smart-card well never run card updater software from archive, always unpack files before run.
also in some cases you can try with another card reader.
btw what is the final result with your card ?

untill not unblock by server i can't use
Check post #1 that error from updater (after extract from archive and run )
Same error getting when run setup
