team pls help to connect spred 6531

i have unit here w17 password ill try to unlock password using avator box but box unable to detect phone i dont know why, i already installed driver but it doesnt connect, is it advisable to upgrde box firmware to firmware 158 crystal? because i did it already but in mtk its working fine and also spread 6610-xxxx its working fine what i need to do pls help?
