1- Remove battery

yeah avator is very good no tension but one thing i noticed in this software that when i install other boxes to my pc all spreadrum phone unit didnt connect i dont know why but when i format and used only avator it connect easily i dont know if this is a bugs or conflict in driver can you give me a suggestion
