did you select correct comport which device manager show u ?

is your box firmware have 1.56 version ?

please check these things and post results

If using Windows 7 ... Run software as Administrator right

Hi bro change comport of computer and install box driver . Sure your box will be detected, After that upgrade your box on firmware ver 1.58.

Im Using Windows xp-Sp3, & I see change with all eight Ports, But Same Prob..

But i Have Removed This Conector Erlier & Solderd The cabel Directly to the box.......

Then sure your cable is faulty ,or you have got burn any part of box by soldring any wrong wire on box pcb.
