BF codes not working please help

ive calculated 2 codes for 2 nokia e63 phones ,but the codes are not work in the phones ,am i ment to put the calculated codes in TOOLS /AFTER BRUTE FORCE CALCULATOR ,and is so what numbers am i meant to use, the bf results does not except the #pw+ part of the code ,and is the hash meant to be the very long code that fenix created for me to calculate the unlock code PLEASE HELP ......

ive now tried on 3 pc ,the forum will not let me upload a 70kb gif file,some one must know what i mean .Once the code has been calculated (mine is #pw+459125831739645+7#) is that the code i have to put into the E63 phone or do i have to do some thing else with it in the TOOL section .

ive got a UB box so should i try to send the code that way instead ,the phone will be here about 18.00.i didnt take the phone of my customer ,just did the log file with his phone and told him to come back ,so the calculated code that brute force has come up with is the actual code and i dont have to do any thing else to that code

i dont have jaf or ufs ...i have fenix and UB box ,so the original file i did with the fenix key is gone ,i dont think fenix key stores what we do on it like UB box

But, still clear, the code is generated by UB, Not for SLAP 2.3
If The code is calculated By FENIX, and is Wrong, Fenix Team send code for you (for Free) Show Log SLAP & Fenix

what i mean is ive used fenix key to see the phone and generate the log file ,which took 3 days ,and if im right in saying the fenix key doesnt keep logs of what ive done ,and dont have a jaf or ufs box (only UB box),i spoke to the customer about 2 hours ago, to imput the code that was generated by slap ,but the phone said incorrect code ,So would you say if i connect the UB box and send the code that way or the file that was uploaded and use that to put the code into the phone
