card reader faulty - where to buy new one?
 

Hi,

My fenix key stopped working. I was not sure if it was the reader or the smartcard so I bought a new one. When I got the new one I realised that both smart cards will work, but one of the readers are faulty.

So I bought a new card reader from here (pkey vista) but it doesn't seem to work with Fenix? Is it too old? Where can I buy a suitable card reader from? Or should I be able to get that old pkey card reader to work with Fenix? Is this card reader on ipmart suitable - SE TOOL CARD READER : Buy SE Tool Card Reader (Compatible for v1.12 and above) - from IPmart.com ?

Hi,

I contacted you on sonork some time ago and you recommended I contact gsm traders Hong Kong & china & poland. I contacted gsm traders HK & China, but they can't sell the fenix key card reader.

I wasn't able to get in contact with gsm traders Poland.

I have also tried contacting about 7 other fenix key resellers but all of them say either they don't sell fenix key anymore or they don't sell the card reader seperately.

Can you please help me to be able to buy a new card reader.

presently im in nigeria cost of sending the card alone may be on high side if you have a means of collecting it or you wait till i be in uae in couples of week i may send from there
