I have a dead Nokia E52 and I try to repair, but always only show this in log:

Please disconnect phone from computer, remove the battery, put it back, switch the phone on and connect it to the computer.

It not possible to reconnect even if i follow instructions on screen. Is it possible to repair this phone?
