Actually this is correct some MEP's have other length of codes. Did you try this codes ?

I can't launch standalone BBUnlocker, it says "Security Card Error. Please check if card is placed in reader correctly."

Does that mean it is not exactly standalone ?

not stand alone this is an addon it require full fenix key dongle connection before open
