"Check for updates" option in SmartStart, after it update your card.

If problem still exist then FenixReader.exe open it click on Help button this will show you how to do it, update reader firmware then again update your card.

Hello,
Not working ok. Just got this problem too.
Did not update this morning after release because of other reasons.
Now i did update and got this.
But i realized something during soft update, i did not see any file(s) download as usual with other updates. and i proceed to update card then got this error. i think the problem is card version update but soft no. but reports all files are up to date.
I Even re-download full stp but seams the version on page not have new update.
I have update reader version but still thesame problem

Ok so last try, what kind of AV are you using cuz I think only this can be a problem, try to disable AV, firewall then update.

Also do you using XP / Vista or Windows 7 ?
