Fenix-Key Problem

Hello,

I recently bought my fenix-key, and im unable to read the log from this nokias 5800, 6290, 5250 and 2690.. the program says "Please specify MCUSW file in Flashing tab" and i cant load any unlock loaders for this devices.

Please help me.

Hello,

I recently bought my fenix-key, and i try to create log files from this devices nokia 2690, 5250, 6290 and 5800, using usb cable, but the problem in this devices and all others, is that i cant load any "unlock loaders" in the fenix program.

I downloaded the flash files with the support app, i flashed the phones with fenix prog, but it still doesnt load any unlock loaders. Why???

Im runing W7 64-bit, is the fenix-key fully working with this OS?

This happens with all nokias i plug in to the computer..


I updated the connectivity drivers, put the WinXP SP3 comp. mode with admin privileges.. and nothing..

Your basic knowledge about Nokia phones, Nokia unlocking method is very poor, so that's why you have problem.

Nokia 2690 is a SL3 platform so you cant unlock this phone using direct unlock method. I will not write about it again because this is not kindergarten.

What you should do now ?

1. Use search button and search phrases: SL3 unlock, brute force unlock etc. You will found a lot informations about how to unlock phones such as Nokia 2690.

After you get basic knowledge and if you will have still any problems (any problems on which you cant find solutions) you can write here again.

GSM bussines required use brain !

Mr. Lavarow, i use the nokia 2690 as an example, i try the nokia 5800, 5250 and 6290, none of those worked, not with sl3 logs, or direct unlock..
So insted of insult my knowlegde about unlock phones using your product, help me to resolve this, prove to me that i really dont understand anything about phones..
I think you just dont want to provide the proper support for your products, but that's ok, im really sorry for thinking that fenix-key had anykind of support.

1. First proof that your basic knowledge about unlocking phones is poor - you try direct unlock Nokia SL3 like 2690, 5250.

2. About unlock 5800, 6290 you can find success unlocking posts in sticky thread: Post here your Success Stories with FENIX KEY

3. I gave you informations which you must find using search option on this forum, when you find this informations your "problem" with unlocking SL3 phones will be solve.

4. If you have any problem with unlock SL1 or SL2 Nokia phones platform, paste screenshots.

The problem was in my laptop, "format c:\" solve-it..
