fenix life counter. Can not update - GSM-Forum

i have tried updating the life counter on 3 computers.

please help asap!

hello I have the same problem, I have 2 phoenix key I can not update, the card reader is fine, and restore the system of the PC and does not work, please help thanks fenix team

try today, but does not work, you still receive errors

updates server 100% working i think you need check your firewall settings exception list post result

i have been using fenix for 1 year now on the same computer with no programs and the same anti virus without problems with update.

i have not installed any new firewall or program and suddenly there is a problem???

i have tried on 2 different computers and this is still the same problem.

i will retry one more time tomorrow and post result.

i have retested today and can confirm that even when firewall and antivirus software is turned OFF on router and computer the update still fails with same error.

Please fix this!
