No., If bf stop then its start from where its stop.,Gpu temp depend on your card,room temp,and oc.,
If hd 5970 normally 65 to 70 celsius\

where can find slap temp file or log?

my pc is one HD6990 temp high. 83 celsius .......

and my card speed 3186 Mh/s

core #1 1586 mh/s
core #2 1600 mh/s

core 1 2 is not some .

normal work ?

Download MSI Afterburner, and never open Catalyst software when SLAP working.
