I'm waiting almost 3 days for code, is something wrong?

I am also waiting for an unlock code since the 31/7/012,

How much longer do i have to wait? I can not hold the customer for very much longer!!

My customer can not wait any longer and I do not have any more excuses to give them, and sadly I will have to return the phone to them.

Please, again, to which e-mail do I complain? I requested the code for a C-7 on 31/7/012
