Please, I need help.

I have started to use fenix key today and something is not right. please help me.
I triying to unlock 5800 exprex music rm 356, when click on info it comes up with no flash files found for selected product.

Then, when I click on unlock via nck, at the end it comes with, no simlock block found.

And I am unable to unlock the phone,

I think my problem is that i do not have a folder with NOKIA/PHOENIX/PRODUCTS.

Please, can somebody tell me how to and from where do i get those files to put then on C/program files...........

I apologise for my ignorance and lack of expertise.

your phone is sl3 product you only can read log sl3 and unlock with bf

Thank you both for your replay.

But still need a link to be able download to my computer phoenix/products and then create a folder called C/PROGRAM FILES/NOKIA/PHOENIX/PRODUCTS.

Anybody please can give me a link to download from?
