do you think this specs can use for SL3BF???

5870\6950 is a minimal recomendation for card with single GPU.

why is it that nobody understand: the cheaper card take LONGER... if you do not mind waiting 15-20days for 1 calculation go ahead and buy the cheapest one you can find....

this is not something that you can negotiate. the fastest cards are the most expensive ones. the cheaper ones are just that: cheap and slow...

learn how to read and analyze: GPU estimations here are the cost, times and estimates....

the real DEAL: 5970x2 / 6990x2
the good ones: 5970 / 6990
the almost good (cheaper than previous): 5870x2 / 6970x2 (this is just like having 1 5970 or 1 6990)
just good enough: 5870 / 6970

everything else is just a waste of electricity and time.... (10 days or more)

no, you cannot use a notebook, laptop or cheap computer with cheap PSU.

the lowest price you can get:
ANY motherboard with a PCIe 16x ~35USD
ANY CPU Dual Core/Core2Duo or better. ~45USD
2Gb RAM ~25USD
750WATTS PSU ~85USD
40Gb HDD (just enought to install Win7 or Linux or Linux&Win7) ~18USD
DO NOT NEED DVD ROM/WRITER (just use any for OS installation)
DO NOT NEED FLOPPY DISK
DO NOT NEED a GAMING RIG TOWER... although the bigger the case, the better.

you can use a lot of cheap components for your LBF pc, but YOU NEED a high end graphic card & corresponding PSU

CPU- Q8300
PSU - 700W
I will buy 5850
mainboard is PCI v2.0

With 5850 how many electrical will need and how time with this CPU 2.5ghz?
More of people tell me 10days other say me 48h~2days, In who to believe?

I have HD5970 and HD6990 and I have Mother bord with 2x PCIE ! PSU 850 W!

can i mixe these two different graphic card on one PC !

psu - Chieftec APS 1000C ATX 12V 2.3, 1000W
hdd - WD Caviar Blue 7200 16Mb SATA3 6Gb/s, 500Gb
mem - 2 x 2Gb DDR3 PC3-10600 Exceleram 1333Mhz
gpu - MSI R6990
os - Win7 x64

Can anyone tell me why my CPU load to 50% when the GPU is active in 99%
Also, when I run MSI afterburner, the computer slows down strongly.

2 6990 = 1 minute up to 48 hs = 48 hs = 10usd in watts
