please help with mcusw files


please can some one help ,every time i try and use the fenix key it always says cant find mcusw files,and i just dont know where to find these files ,im clearly doing something wrong ,i need these files to generate a log file so i can use the brute force slap ,ive got the gear ,but this simple file is stopping me ,ive had it both on E63 and 2700c. No matter where i look on the forum its not telling me ....PLLLEEEASE help

those phone have SL3 security so you can't do direct unlock.
if you have super video card you can brute force the code if not you can read SL3 log and upload to Mr. Lavarow so he can calculate it for you cost is 20 euro.

ive got a super pc ,ive managed to download the files and addeed them to the list but it still says it needs the mcusw fill .when i press read logs ,it says it shutting down the phone then press the power button ,ive read somewhere else to remove battery then press the power so i did.and still says please specify mcusw in flashing tab,i got a e63(my last e63 did the same as this 2700c) today and that one went through no probs and is calculating as we speak ,this is a simple 2700c phone on tesco net .The files came from fenix external support section,Dont make sense .....any other ideas

Software version: 1.0.1 which I see.

Please click Check For Updates button in Fenix Smart start cuz your Fenix software version is a little outdated (around half year) After software update all files then try again.

Also you can download full installer from www.fenix-key.com and then click Check For Updates button in fenix smart start.

2700c mcusw file

thank you for your reply, ive only had the key for 1 month and has been updated to 1.0.9 . ive had 2xe63 and 1x2700c so far for BF.Ive had the same error on 1xE63 1x2700c.the other E63 was no problem ,also tried on a windows xp and windows 7 same error....

log files

ive just read your new sl3 support list ,and i see that the 2700c does not offer usb for log files ,is this correct .If so what is the best tool i need so i can read all phones for brute force ,so i can use my very expencive pc....

hello

same problem here. i just want to read log file via usb (coz i wont use f-bus cables anymore) but allways i recvie error:
