Can´t UPDATE CARD
Hello
I try to update my Fenix key smart card and always same problem:

No security card inserted how. Please ensure that card reader is connected and card is plugged in. Click update button to repair your card. If problem still exists please contact support team.

Team support, please help, i cant use slap.

i have a problem when i start sl3 calculation with the fenix

i have this message

les information demandées ne sont pas disponible , car le processus n est plus éxécuté

the information requested are not available because the process is not executed

have you the solution for this problem ?

Its not possible to Download files from FENIX Support server....Files exist in List but after i try to download. it shows Error !

fenix external support(nokia care server) is working fine if face same problem pls attach screenshot image with your post
