use search next time you see related problem

this means you dont have a log attach to your dongle so you dont access to fenix server

I had problems with activation: first I upgraded card reader, then it asked for registration but never got 100% confirmation and finally I had a security error in main software page.
I read that there's a bug when you try to register from 3G connection but I think it's a conflict with different sim card reader drivers on the same pc since I tried to activate fenix key on a different pc connected via LAN to the pc with 3G connection and now fenix is active.. BUT registration form didn't show up again and I got no email confirmation after activation, so someone from fenix staff could kindly check if it's all ok?

check your firewall settings remove fenix from exception list and disable your antivirus if needed
plug in your fenix on a fresh pc registration window pop up and register as usuall

all will be okay post result

hi matcom, maybe you didn't read what I wrote.. from my part (fenix activation/pc/flashing mobiles) it's all OK, but I didn't receive an email from fenix in order to confirm registration (if there's a confirmation email) so I asked to check from fenix server if it's all OK! clear now?

there is no mail confirmation for registration once your registration window not pop up it means u ve already register for the pc you have security error try do as i explain above here

Help me please Nokia Care Server is not working and i have few nokia to flash.What is the problem and one Nokia x3-00 cant find the code after 100% reading on brute force he says Cant find the right code.

nokia servers are going down for public, already was well known , and for bf result check your video card for errors , usualy overheet/overclock issue so no code found at the end.
