I read but i dont understeand.I pay before for phone ?¿What email paypal.Concept of pay?When i open customer only see waiting time nothing more.You need my serial of fenix?¿

why do you do it so hard to buy the credits and waiting so much time.?
1) pay
2) send a mail.
3) and then waiting days for confirmation.
4) and then olways waiting for calculation.
why so complicated.???????

no I have no problem. I just wanted to give an incentive to organize this better. new user have the hard to find anything. Inquire about this again and again.
contact you with Sonork its almost impossible.
others work with reseller and have within 1 hour or faster their credits.
sometimes I have to wait two days until I get my credits.
at the last just a few hours. But no confirmation via email.
a better expiration would be nice

there is someone who does not want?

Soon we will add automatic payment via PayPal, I think this will be the best solution.

After payments your will get your credits in 1 minute.

BTW: I'am on Sonork 12-16h everyday.
